Media Etiquette
Never ever say, “No comment” as your response to a media inquiry. It evokes a negative vibe from the public. There are other ways to respond to questions. For example, if a reporter asks a question about a touchy subject, reply with, “I’m not sure about the answer to that question at this moment, but I’ll give you a call as soon as I have the information.” Don’t forget to call them back. |
